Your tickets entitle you to attend 4 workshops and all events at BizConNH. Upon signing up as an Exhibitor, call the Chamber office (924-7234) with the names of all the people who will be using the free tickets; we want to reserve space for them.

Tickets and Setup Information

As an exhibitor, you are entitled to one free ticket for yourself and one or more additional tickets (depending upon your level of sponsorship) to give to staff, customers, business partners or anyone else who would benefit from BizConNH. Only registered attendees are allowed to enter, so call the Chamber office to give them the list of names of those attending.

If you need additional tickets, the attendee(s) must register online and pay for tickets separately.

Your ticket entitles you to lunch, Café Sequoya continental breakfast and admission to the keynote, plus four sessions. First, register as a sponsor.

Booth locations are assigned on a first come, first served basis. All locations have access to electricity. WiFi Internet access is available.

Booths will be delivered on Friday evening, September 30. You should plan to arrive at South Meadow School and set up between 6:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Saturday October 1. Doors open to attendees at 8 a.m.

Your booth must be staffed and fully set up until 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Teardown begins at 4:30 p.m.

We anticipate that the majority of attendees will visit the booths from 8 a.m.-9:20 a.m., during the two 30-minute breaks between sessions, and from 4 p.m.-4:30 p.m. However, there will be other opportunities during the day if people skip a session.

The keynote speech is in the exhibit hall from 1 p.m.-2 p.m.
